Cleveland Police Officers have been on scene since lunchtime
Cleveland Police officers were called to an incident in Valley Road, Middlesbrough at around 11:40am this morning, Sunday 5th May, and were at the scene for around an hour. A 31-year-old man was arrested.
The road is taped off in both directions between Albert Park (Park Road South) and Marton Grove Road
