A new food and entertainment hub, STACK Middlesbrough, is set to open its doors on Tuesday, December 10th. Located beneath the A66 flyover at Exchange Square, the venue will offer a diverse range of street food, bars, and live entertainment.
Diners can indulge in Greek Gyros from Acropolis, juicy Smash Burgers from Brack Burger, stone-baked pizzas from Zza Pizzeria, loaded duck fries from Holy Duck, and fluffy stuffed Bao’s from Bao Down.
The project, which has been two years in the making, involved transforming 25 shipping containers into a unique leisure space. In addition to the food offerings, the venue will feature three bars and a stage for live performances.
Neill Winch, CEO of STACK, expressed his enthusiasm for the opening: “We’re thrilled to be opening STACK Middlesbrough just in time for Christmas. It’s fantastic to be able to celebrate this time of year with a brand-new venue at the heart of the festivities.”
Winch also highlighted the positive impact that STACK venues have on local economies: “We’ve seen STACK venues attract significant footfall, bringing more people into the area who often go on to visit other bars, restaurants, and businesses nearby. We believe STACK Middlesbrough will be a huge asset to the local hospitality scene and the wider community.”
