The family of missing Yarm woman Kelly Jobson have tragically confirmed that Police have found her body on the railway tracks.
This follows disruption on the railway line which saw trains diverted, cancelled, or delayed for 60 minutes on the line between Eaglescliffe and Northallerton. British Transport Police confirmed that they had officers at Yarm alongside other emergency services, and police dogs were seen working alongside Network Rail employees at the scene.
Kelly’s son has paid an emotional tribute to her on social media saying “I love you beyond words you were my absolute rock”. Aged 49, Kelly who was originally from Thornaby was the auntie of Luke Jobson who also died in tragic circumstances in Yarm in 2019 after going missing following a night out.
