Crowds from Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and further afield descended on Hull Fair located in the city’s Walton Street. Hull Fair opened at 4pm on Friday 4th of October and will continue to run until Saturday 12th of October.

The fair is one of Europe’s largest traveling funfairs hosting dozens of rides that are sure to thrill you as well as a large amount of food and drink options such as Burgers, Hotdogs, Pizza, Noodles, Sunday Roasts, Pancakes and Waffles that will keep you fuelled up as you explore the colossal site. 

 
TeesPix paid the fair a visit shortly after opening on the 4th of october and we were blown away by the scale of it there’s plenty of rides, fair games and catering options. Thousands of visited attended looking for excitement and to enjoy some family fun. 

The fair has run since 1279 and has only ever been canceled during wartime periods and due to the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic and is considered one of Hull’s biggest attractions with visitors from all over Yorkshire and the North.  

Where can I Park? 

Plenty of parking is available with park and ride sites from the MKM Stadium (former KCOM stadium) the homeground of Hull City FC as well as other sites across Humberside. Parking in the residential streets near to the fair are resident permit holders only and or restricted. Please be considerate where you park and check all signed restrictions.   

When is Hull Fair open? 

  • Friday 4 October – 5pm to 11pm
  • Saturday 5 October – 12noon to 11pm
  • Sunday 6 October – Closed
  • Monday 7 October to Friday 11 October – 2pm to 11pm
  • Saturday 12 October – 12noon to 11pm

No, Hull Fair is free admission to all members of the public.

Most food options accept cash and card payments however cash is preferred at all attractions across the site so bring plenty of money for the best experience.
