Residents have reported being told to keep their doors and windows closed, and stay inside at homes “for their safety” close to the Brading Court house of Dr Thomas Kwan who was charged with attempted murder earlier this week.
It is believed that further hazardous materials may have been founding during the search of the garage adjacent to the property, with TeesPix.Photos having seen images showing labeled boxes inside the garage. Some of the boxes had labels relating to chemicals.
